Great service and communication. Fix ed the virus problem that originally sent it to him for.. Then after I told him, I was thinking about buying a new one made mine like new by adding more memory and a hard drive to make it go faster.. And he dropped it off.

My cats knocked my labtop off of my bed and jumped onto it. It worked at first, some keys not working, but once it died I could not turn it back on. I called IT doctor and he came out to my house. Super nice and informative! He took the time to look up parts for me and make sure they were the correct one! He was very communicative. I would highly recommend the IT doctor if you need computer repairs!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The IT pro arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed my printer issue, and had it working perfectly within minutes. Courteous, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely call again for any tech problems and recommend them to anyone needing reliable computer or printer support.
