Cornerstone is a private, nonprofit behavioral health organization.  We have been providing services in the public behavioral health system for 55 years.  We serve people with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and uninsured.  In Southern Maryland we serve people ages 5 and up.

We are “Bearers of Hope”, a team of behavioral health professionals, case managers, clinicians, and advocates committed to walking beside individuals and families living with serious mental illness, behavioral health challenges, and co-occurring substance use disorders proudly serving individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders across Montgomery, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s Counties.

We empower people living with mental health and substance use disorders to thrive in their community through collaboration, treatment, education, and advocacy.
